Still Overdue?

Just curious to see who is still waiting for their little ones. I'm 40 weeks 7 days today and don't see my doctor again until Thursday. Hoping something happens between now and then, otherwise it looks like induction won't be scheduled until the following week. And, I know I could go into labor before that point, but right now I feel like I'm losing all hope of ever going into labor. Trying to remain optimistic, but starting to get down about it. Anyone else feeling the same way?

I feel your pain! I'm only three days overdue, so I'd imagine it becomes more frustrating each day. I just keep telling myself that baby is enjoying womb service and like it or not, there will be an eviction soon enough :-)

Still overdue here...I have a midwife appt and another BPP ultrasound scheduled for tmrw.... Fingers crossed I don't make it that far... Baby dust to all those who are eager to hold their lo's!

Due today... so not technically overdue, but they've already scheduled my induction so I'm starting to feel like my body is failing me already. At least we know there is a baby at the end of all of this :-)

I'm 9 days overdue, with an induction on the books for this evening depending on the results of my NST and blood pressure this morning. However, it's looking like putting the induction on the books might have been enough to scare this little dude out, because I've been having painful contractions since 5:00 this morning! They started out 6 minutes apart, and when I moved to sitting they are now 3 minutes apart!! They're not so bad that I can't breathe through them yet, but they feel legit, so wish me luck! And if this is actual labor, I will try to send some good labor vibes in everyone's direction

@bellodomani best of luck to you! I hope it's the real deal and you can hold your little one soon! It gives me hope that I could go into labor at any time!

@Bellodomani Labor vibes coming your way!! I I was 41w3d when I went into labor with dd....just as my midwives and I were talking induction, so I know what you mean!! We haven't had that "talk" yet, but tmrw is my 41w appt so we'll see :-/

I'm not overdue yet, but my doctor confirmed this morning that there's still no change going on down there. She's almost certain this baby will be overdue. Looks like I'll be having an October baby. I really feel for you all and hope inductions and/or labor goes well for all of you! You're sooo close!

also overdue! I'm thinking about writing another post requesting funny stories from you guys again. You were great last time when I asked for what stupid people were saying ("how are you DOING????") btw, my mom who has been schooled on this issue already, texted me today with " 'sup?"
I just responded with, "Nothing."

Haha - my dad told me "feels like a great week to become a grandparent".... Then after my doc appointment this morning I sent my parents a text basically saying to cool it and doctor said she won't be here this week. I know they're just excited, but it's so annoying. I'm not even "overdue" yet!
