Two questions. Answer one or both I just didn't want to make 2 new threads!
1. I need a good meaty slow cooker chili! Something with noodles is a plus (obviously added at the end) that doesn't take a million ingredients! I have not one chili recipe and desperately want one now that the weather is turning colder!
2. Where do you buy curtains? I know this totally unrelated! I redecorated our living room this summer and originally bought curtains from Home Goods. Loved them but didn't buy enough. Our window is HUGE, 128" so I need at least 6 panels. Well if any of you shop there inventory changes on the regular so I could never get another set to match. Bummer. I need at least 6 panels, grommet style preferably in 84" length. Actual material to be determined and I don't want to spend a flipping fortune! So recommend please! Thanks!
Re: Two questions...
I thought the same thing. I have never heard of this and felt like I was missing out! I like noodles in pretty much everything.
2. Target or TJ Maxx/Homegoods. However, right now I have no curtains on any windows and towels on the girls windows to help darken so take my advice with a grain of salt!

Maybe the whole noodle thing is regional? I love it for some extra texture but toward the end otherwise they get mushy!
And for some reason I forgot to mention online shopping for curtains! We have nothing up here in the neck of the woods! Thanks ladies!
I would never include a maybe in this statement.

Have you tried having someone make them?
ETA: i've had good luck at JC Penny's for curtains as well as some of the other places mentioned. I have no chili recipe...
I feel like chilli with noodles would be called something else. And to those of you saying chilli + noodles is basically spaghetti, I'm pretty sure I don't want to try your chilli. Nor your spaghetti. :P
2 lbs ground beef
1 lg onion
1 green bell pepper
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 lg can crushed tomorrow's
1 small can light red kidney beans
1 small can dark red kidney beans
2 small cans chili beans
Tomato sauce (amt depends on how thick or runny you like your chili)
1 lb pasta (I use spaghetti but you can use and pasta)
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Garlic (optional)
Oregano
I never make it in crock pot, but it can be done. I brown the meat and while it is browning I dice the onion. I drain the ground beef and put the onion in the pain until they are soft and starting to carnalise. If I use garlic it's always fresh and I dice it and cook it with the onions. Once the onions and garlic are browned I add all the diced and crushed tomatoes, peppers, and beans. I add the salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder to taste. I let all the veggies and spice simmer for about 15 minutes then add the meat back in. I then add tomatoe sauce and water to the desired thickness, I part sauce to one part water. I bring that to a boil and add pasta then cook until pasta is done according to pkg. if I was cooking it I a crock pot I would brown the meat on the stove and drain it and brown the onions then out everything in the crockpot and let cook for the day. Then add the pasta at the end.

2. Walmart. Grommet style, extra long panels. Seriously, I haven't found a better deal for grommet style curtains anywhere.
I've gotten curtains from Lowe's but I plan on making my own from sheets or nice table clothes whenever I find some I like.
