An acquaintance gave me a whole bunch of 'addipak's - basically these small vials of sterile water. (She gave them to my DH to give to me, therefore I missed out on getting any kind of explanation on what to do with them.) Her twins were micropreemies so I'm guessing she had a reason to use them, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out what on earth I'll use them for... any ideas/insight? Or should I just get rid of them?

Are you having a boy? If you get him circumcised the gauze may stick to the wound and you could use that to loosen the gauze. Maybe if gauze gets stuck to the belly button stup you could use it the same way.
When we had to start supplementing w formula around 9 months, we just used regular tap water to mix bottles. I guess if you had a micropreemie, it might be different.
