Rolling

So, LO can roll now.... and he's determined to show off every time we put him on his back - including at the doctor's office, during diaper changes, during clothing changes... it's adorable, but WOW, are simple things becoming REALLY challenging. He also became obsessed with grabbing the paper on the doctor's table at his appointment Saturday. We changed his diaper while we were there, and he managed to roll over (toward the wall) mooning us, then grabbed the paper (and wouldn't let go) as we flipped him back over.  We made quite the mess of the room. At least we got some good first date / prom night blackmail photos ;-)

    I love the really young newborn stage but I think from now on it's so much fun as they start to really get in to doing so much and showing their personality even more.

    Haha! We're just getting rolling down but LO was grabbing everything around him on his changing table. Diapers, wipes package, etc. oy

    Not sure of you were asking for advice but I love to hear myself talk so here goes...we had this problem so I started giving her a toy to chew on during diaper changes and it seems to have helped.

    I wasn't, but I'll take it :) That's a good idea. Daycare has a mobile hanging from a shelf right about the changing table, and that seems to help - we can't do that since we don't have a shelf above it... instead, we have a bright colorful print hanging on the wall which he MUST.ROLL.TOWARD.RIGHT.NOW. every time I change him.
