  I'm not sure, but my Dr's practice talks about it on their website here: https://awhdallas.com/ apparently for their current patients it is $75 in exchange for a positive review on one of the listed websites....  I have no idea what the experience is like (I'm only 5 weeks with my first) but that's the info I have!
