eta: didn't finish my title. Maybe I can get last kid down and nap. Lol.
I tried posting over the weekend, but was too tired and kept making a lot of spelling errors. I saw the AW hair post below and wanted to ask:
Who has gotten a haircut? Who wants to get a haircut? Who is working up nerve for some wild new do? Who is waiting? Any fav hairstyle websites?
I normally wait until I have been cleared to work out & reach my first goal (which is normally either lose 10 or hit pre-preg weight) and then use a nice haircut as my first reward. However, because this is a July baby rather than June, that puts me into Nov at least (most likely)...
and my hair is driving me NUTTY! Lol. It is long. Like down my back to my waist long. And since having baby, it is funky. My shampoo & conditioner don't seem to be working as well (anyone else have this happen?). It is getting knots and tangles and I don't have time for that...and it always ends up in a ponytail. Which is too bad because it is pretty down, but too hard with being on the go cleaning & caring for the 3 kids.
I really wanted to wait and chop it per my usual routine & donate it, but not sure I want to go short when I'm still this heavy. I still have to find a new person to go to as well.
so J13 - anyone else looking forward to a cut? Anyone else use it as a fitness reward? Or want to talk fitness rewards... I've done haircut, high lights, mani/pedi, new gym shoes. That I can remember off hand. I was 10 lbs from a really nice massage when I got pg. Hopefully I'll get there this time.
eta: talk not take fitness rewards. Auto correct? Idk. Geesh.
Re: Good timing - hair & fitness rewards
I hate the akward stage. I resisted a ton of layers last time for that reason. Hope your hair hurries up and gets to pony length.
my rule is that it must go into some sort of pony tail: low, pig tails, high - whatev, but I must be able to pull it back and secure it without pins.
edit for clarity
