  You can't get the mmr split up any more.

  This.  I asked my pedi and she said that the vaccine companies don't make the MMR separately anymore because it just was more cost effective to combine it.  We did do the MMR separately though.  (She was supposed to get MMR and her 4th IPV and we did the MMR one visit and came back for the IPV).

  We just separated ours out into separate appointments.  For instance, get the chicken pox vaccine one month, and come back a month later for MMR.  We did this because our daughter did have some neurological reactions to vaccines, starting at the 4 month appointment.  She started having little seizures (not fever related) clustered around the shots. The neurologist said that some babies neurological systems are just more irritated than others and that this can happen, in rare circumstances.  

  In any event, because she is a daycare baby and I generally believe in vaccines, we continued on, albeit spacing each shot out - only 1 at a  time.  We are also holding off on the Hep A vaccine until a later date.

  We don't do more than 2 at a time unless it's a combined shot then we do one. MMR does not come separate anymore. I was going to wait until 3 yrs but there is a huge measles epidemic here. My Dr kind of convinced me to do it at the 15 month appt. I did it with no other shots because technically it's a 3 in one, like Dtap. I was pretty scared doing the mmr but did it anyway. Go with what you feel comfortable with.

  Hypothyroid/Fibroids/Stage 4 Endometriosis

  10/2010 Open myomectomy to remove 3 fibroids largest @ 8 inches. Stage 4 endometriosis and inoperable/blocked left tube.

  3/2011 Laporoscopy/Hysteroscopy. 3 endometrioma cysts, hydrosalpinx, left tube and half of the left ovary removed.

  5/2011 IUI #1 medicated w/injections, 1 follie = BFP!

  6/2011 Blighted Ovum/ D&C

  9/2011 IUI #2 medicated w/injections, 2 follies = BFP!
