Is anyone else's baby going through this phase yet? We have been taking baby girl to get togethers the past two weekends, and as soon as we walk in the door and she sees the "strangers", she makes this terrible about-to-cry face and pokes out her bottom lip. Then if someone comes up to us to say "Hi little girl!" and God beware touches her, she just bursts out screaming! I have no idea what is going on with her?!
Re: Stranger Danger!
She's been doing it to a spot in my living room as well and freaking me out.
That does make me feel a little better! We started worrying if we shelter her too much?!
It is so sad seeing them freak out like that, but I can't help but laugh at the pouty bottom lip. Too cute - until the wailing begins....
@nonnidee trade you for the giggling?
My mum doesn't like to stay with us because it creeps her out.
A also seems to be laughing at nothing, especially in the dark or at night. My youngest son did that a lot and when he could speak, he would talk about the things he saw, not imaginary friends though, and not to worry because there was a good guy too, to protect us. A lot of people had weird experiences in that house. Personally, I think we all have good imaginations.
Edit to add, I have to think it's imagination or I won't sleep at night. I am a huge chicken.
