My Intro to ttcal 6+

Hi ladies, I believe most, if not all of you should know me by now! Today marks 1yr since I've joined thebump and is probably pretty close to when I first joined ttcal. I know I hung out on mc/pg loss and surfed around the other boards for a few days but eventually landed on ttcal.

TTC#1 since 1/1/12 & here's my rundown:

BFP#1 2/10/12 & Loss#1 3/3/12. No idea how far along I was as I hadn't had AF for 2months (did weekly hpt's, all neg until 2/10) and by the time betas were checked I started to mc 3 days later.

BFP#2 6/30/12 & Loss#2 8/7/12. Blighted ovum was found and a d&c was done on 8/9/12.

BFP#3 5/9/13 & Loss#3 6/14/13. Saw a hb @ 7wks, by 9wks no hb and no further growth. D&C on 6/19/13. Fetal chromosomes tested.

After loss #2 I ended up seeing a RE, mostly by accident. The ob dr that did my d&c wasn't an RE but works primarily out of the RE's office and with my history of losses so close together referred me to the RE.

All of my bw has come back normal, only finding was hetero mthfr a1298c. I had a office hysteroscopy which we initially thought septum and/or blocked fallopian tube as the appearance left us baffled. I had a MRI 2 days later to evaluate this, MRI results were normal with findings "suggestive of a probable arcuate uterus."

My next cycle I had the saline-sonogram done and visualized a mystery tissue. RE termed it a septum but still wasn't 100% sold on it being a septum. We discussed my next course of action, as he really didn't believe this tissue was the cause of my losses. So I could either continue ttc or come in on my next cycle and have it removed. At that time I leaned with having it removed but by the time my next cycle rolled around and some scheduling conflicts at work, dh & I had decided to ttc.

Loss#3 happened and my RE did the d&c. After the d&c RE discussed my uterus with me and basically said that he wasn't for sure wtf was going on in there but it was jacked up. I had a septum resection on 9/5/13 and am still healing from this. According to dh, RE seemed pleased & surprised by what he found in my uterus and was for sure it was a septum. I see RE Friday and am excited to see how he answers my questions about what he found in there.

I'm currently benched for 8 weeks, I'm not sure if it's 8wks from my surgery date or 8wks from my 1st AF post surgery. I'm at least benched until November and if extended it'll be until December.
