Anyone else hoping for an April baby?

Maybe I'm weird, but I already have a March baby (plus DH), I think it'd be nice to have this baby born in it's own month - also, love the diamond birthstone and my birthday is in April at the end of the month. I'm due on the 23rd, or 22nd depending on who you ask so I'd have to go to 41 +3 at least, which seems somewhat unlikely. Not holding my breath anyway, but it'd be cool if it happened!

Not wishing, but I'd be OK with it for sure. We have a lot of March birthdays in our family, but zero April birthdays so could be fun for LO to get a month of their own. I'm due the 27th so we'll see how it goes!

My bday is in Feb, DS is Mar, DH is Apr so this LO will share a birth month with one of us. I am due 3/27 so who knows. I'm banking on a March bday since DS was 2 weeks early.

DD was 39 weeks, 2 days and DS was 41 weeks exactly. It would make my life easier to go early, but if I'm going to go late again, might as well get the April birthday out of it!

I am due March 3rd so there's no way we're having an April baby but I do love April. A diamond birthstone for my girl would be so nice. What is March's birthstone anyway?

Ugh, I am wishing for a feb baby lol! I am due march 5 (or 7th according to my med records bc they didn't change when i measured further along). But I have a feeling after 38 weeks, I will be dying to get that baby out. I know the longer they are the better, but I feel pretty safe going to 39 weeks :-) Then I'll be having a lot of hot sauce and a lot of sex.

My first son was late and came on Independence Day, so since my due date is march 26th, I am hoping for another "holiday" baby with an April fools birthdate. It's not really a holiday but still neat considering my DH, BIL x2, SIL, and son are all born on holidays. We shall see..

@madapple - did i say spicy food and sex? I meant I would be driving to my doctors personal address in the middle of the night begging for an induction ;-) Actually I can have one if I choose on March 5, so if I feel like I need to, I know there'll be an end in sight! Obviously I just will want whats best for baby though :-)

ps - can't sleep, have to teach sunday school in morning, ughhhh

LOL! I just told DH yesterday "wouldn't it be funny if the baby came on April 1st, it'd be like haha April fools!" I seriously hope anyways that I'm not late... I wanna meet my baby!

I'm due on the 27th, and being my first, it's totally possible ill go on April fools day. I started laughing when I realized it'd take some convincing that I was actually in labor if we go that day. Lol.

The only thing that doesnt match my situtation in this post is that I am hoping for it. Even our due date is the same.

I'm due March 2nd so if anything I'd go in February. But! I'm really hoping to stay in March. DH, his dad, and one of his brothers all 3 have February bdays. My birthday is April, and our wedding anniversary is May. So we could have like a four month party!! Haha

DH wants me to have him on his birthday. But I think I'll hold out on wishing to be 2 weeks early til later when I'm miserably pregnant lol

I'm due on March 27th and am oddly hoping for an April Fool's baby! However, our good friend who is an ER doctor is convinced I'll go into labor on March 16th since there's a full moon that night. Believe it or not, there's definitely some truth to a full moon kicking off labor.

Nope I'm going for most likely February. But idk depends how my baby and my body feel! My mom went early with all her kids and my sister went super early so we will see....

I'm torn. I really am unhappy at my job and don't plan on returning for the remainder of the school year, but it would mean less money if I go early (I'm due March 31st). I just don't want an April Fools baby - my cousin is an April Fools baby and I would love for my baby to have his or her own day.

I am due march 12 my son was born at 41 weeks, I hope this baby comes in time! My son was born feb 24 so there possibility on this baby being born in fen close to his bday. My like sister and I share a bday month she is 5 yrs younger than me. It is not bad at all.

@aubreylv, the March birthstone is the Aquamarine.

I kinda wish I could have mine early and have it be on March 15! That's my dad's birthday, but my doctor said that unless I go into labor naturally on that day he won't induce me then since it's a Saturday. Since my EDD isn't until March 25 I'm thinking that probably won't happen!

I'm hoping for a February baby too...for different reasons though. I'm also due on 3/5. March is already a busy month for us. DH and BIL were both born in March plus my anniversary is in March so I'd like LO to have February all to himself/herself. Oh and my birthday is January so I think it would be cool for the three of us to have our birthdays be January, February and March. Silly I know, but it's what I hope for.

No real reason, I just like March better. Shamrocks and daffofils and spring and St. Patrick' s day

February just reminds me of dirty snow and being stuck inside. And I hate hearts and flowers. No offense, Feb ladies! I'm sure my attitude will change if I do give birth in Feb.

I'm actually worried about an April birthday, I REALLY want march and my EDD is on the cusp (march 28th). I was 3 weeks early with my girls, but they were twins so that was obvious. Not sure what's going to happen this time.

But anyways, I really want this one to be born in March, because DH's birthday is April, Mine is May and our twins are June!

And DH's birthday is April 2nd and I don't really want them to share a birthday! :P

Nope. My spring break starts the 22nd and I get that week as "free" maternity leave so I'm hoping for a March 22nd baby. Also dd birthday is March 29. I would like third birthdays to be as far as part as possible.

We planned and hope and prayed for a March baby!! I had a May baby and I think March would be a good time for a birthday. Plus, I'm due the 19th. No way in hell I'm wishing to go past my due date and into the next month haha

I'm due the 27th. My step daughter's birthday is the 26th and my oldest's is the 30th. DH and I are both in April so it is birthday season regardless. I just think I would feel a little less panicked about future birthdays if this one came a bit late : )

Being at the beginning of March there is no chance of having an April baby. My birthday is April 1st so I'm happy with an early March baby. I always told DH I didn't want to be pregnant on my birthday.

I would love to go as late as possible (mind you I'm saying that now.....lol come March 1st I bet my mind will be changed) simply for school purposes. My semester in nursing school doesn't end till May, so having the baby as close to the end of the semester is more ideal. But I'm due March 10th so I'm thinking I'll probably be on time, or no more than a couple days late. My mom had 8 kids and all of us either came the day of our due date or the day after.
