  I have had some BH contractions. I am a STM and had bad BH with my first (started around 19w).
  I would keep an eye on yours because my early BH never hurt or felt like menstrual cramps, my BH have always been a tightening feeling.

  I am 15 wk and 5 days STM and I get a lot of BH contractions it is scary to me because I feel like it's to early to get them

  I'm a STM and I've been having them since 7 weeks. My doctor said it was normal and not to worry unless they get really bad.

  I have had them too. Started around 10 weeks. I had no idea that's what they were but the Dr. said she could see them on the us.

  I had them starting very early, especially with my first.  I always thought it was neat because I could feel exactly how high my uterus was during the contraction.

  I have had them too, but they are not like menstrual cramps they are a tightening.  I had them a lot with my 1st pregnancy, but much later on.  I think you should try drinking more and resting when they happen.

  With my first pregnancy I noticed them first at 16 weeks. They weren't really like menstrual cramps though. More of a slightly uncomfortable tightening.
