So embarrassed

maybe embarrassed isn't the right word, disgusted?

I have been very lazy about keeping an inventory of whats in my freezer lately.  We eat a lot of organic meat etc so I stock up when it's on sale.

DH and I just went through the UPSTAIRS freezer and the list I came up with is mortifying.  I probably do not have to grocery shop for a month outside of kids food, milk and formula.  

I'm so scared to do the pantry and basement freezer.
