Hi Ladies! I'm so excited I can't think of anything else. We went for our first u/s this afternoon. I was just hoping for it to be in the right place and have a nice heartbeat, but - twins! Two beautiful beans, two gorgeous heartbeats, we got to hear them as well - I cried like a baby myself. I just can't even believe it! Yay!!! Doc released me to my OB and switched me to suppositories instead of shots. She says with twins I probably have waaay more progesterone in my system than I need right now anyway, and they upped my folic acid. Makes me feel guilty for the days I forgot my prenatals. Just a few, but you know, us PAIF mommas are big on guilt for some reason - gonna have to let that one go! Anyway, celebrating in our house tonight!

5/11- Switched to a Fertility Specialist, Dx with low progesterone and annovulatory, several rounds of
clomid = BFN's
4/12 - Exploratory Lap, Dx Stage III endo
5/12 - 7/12 - Lupron injections to suppress AF and reduce scar tissue
8/12 - Surgery to remove tissue, uterus and tubes clear!
9/12-12/12 - More BFN's!
1/13 - Referred to an RE
2/13 - IUI #1 with injects and new RE = BFN
3/13 - 4/13 - Break due to cysts
5/13 - IUI #2 with injects (125ml bravelle + trigger) = BFP!!!

Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

2/13 - DH's SA was normal and OBGYN did BW on me to check ovulation - all was normal. Went to RE in March 2013 at BIVF. All BW was normal, estrogen a little high. 4/13 - HSG #1 - very painful and had spasms so suggested repeat of procedure. 5/13 - HSG #2 done by RE and both tubes are blocked
