How have you found clothing to fit your LO? Please post feedback here:)

DS born at 9.3lbs
Gap: correct fit for age
Gerber: 2 sizes small
American Apperal: 1 size small
Circo, Carter's and Disney baby: 1/2 size small (0-3 is getting tight @7 weeks)

Oh, and I've found BRU to be a full size small

DD was 7lbs9oz.

She is still in newborn clothes. (newborn footed sleepers are too short, and so are pants. She has a long set of legs!)

Carters fits well. Jumping Bean and Circo are a little wide, but not bad. All the other brands swim on her, and none of her 0-3 fit yet.

Carter's 0-3 months is almost a perfect now. 4 weeks just over 8lbs

I've found that Carters fits DD well and seem to run true to size and Gerber runs big. She has had to move up to 0-3 months in Carters for length but can still wear nb in Gerber onesies. I agree with Celtic that Circo runs wide. The length is good in the 0-3 mo but they look big on her.

Edit: DD was 6.12 at birth and 19 3/4 in and at her one month appt 2 weeks ago, she was 10 lb and 21 3/4 in so I assume she's still close to that.

DS: 7lbs. 3 oz.

He's still in NB.
I've found Carter's runs 1 size too big.
BRU runs a size big.
Baby Gap runs 1 size big.
American apparel: we haven't tried on his clothes from there yet as we purchased 3 months and he's still too small.

LO is one month today (yay!) and was 10# 8.5 oz a week ago. She fits in Carter's 3 month perfectly, and BRU 0-3 sleepers. She has a short torso and super long legs so we can still fit newborn Carter's onsies if they haven't been washed more than once!

DD was born 7lbs 1 oz, but is now 6 weeks and about 9 1/2lbs. Carter's 3 mo is a little big. Old Navy 0-3 fits perfectly. Gerber onesies in 0-3 also fit perfectly.

Is there a difference between Carter's 0-3 months and just 3 months? This always confused me.

I feel like Carter's 0-3m is the same size as 3m. That's how I've sorted mine.

DS is 6 weeks Sunday was 6.12 at birth 6.10 by the time we left and 8.10 at 2 weeks and somewhere around 9/10 lbs now. Carter's is our go to but he'll be a little long for them shortly

I second this question.

LO is 6 wks Monday, weighed 6lbs even at birth, 19.5 in. Last time we checked she was 20 in. And 7lbs 9 oz at 4 wks. She wears mainly NB still, but I have started putting her in some 0-3 onesies because I've moved her to size 1 diapers and they're still baggy on her so the bigger onesies fit better.
Gerber- NB run small.
Carter's- NB have fit her perfect. She is long though so the footy pjs are too short now.
Gerber- 0-3 footy pjs are too wide on her.
BRU- fit fine until washed more than once.

Honestly the only brand that really fit DD well in the early months was Carters, all others seemed too wide and short, so I only bought Carters for DS. He does have a few Jumping Beans in 0-3 month as I found they fit DD well when she was around 6 months. My DD was very tall and skinny, DS is shorter and fatter, but seems to fit clothes about the same.

DD was 7.3 20" at birth at her one month she was 9.12 22". So she is in 0/3.
She is almost 7 weeks. Outgrew NB in length at about 2 weeks.
I find gerber a size too small.
Carter's true to size.
Circo wide but length is good
BRU a size too small.

Are your Gerber onesies fitting like that after you've washed them? DS was given a 5pk of 3-6m and after washing and gentle drying there's no way they will fit. He's 7 weeks old and maybe 11lbs

We have carters and Gymboree, both fit as described.

0-3 mo and 3 mo are the same thing. Some brands label it with the range, others the single number.

Carter's runs true to size. Gymboree is a bit big. Circo is wide. Gerber is ridiculously small. Old Navy is a bit small.

My guys are prob right around 10lbs. Still in NB, but 0-3 (or 3mo) isn't huge on them anymore.

I think the Carter's 0-3 months fit better than the ones that are just 3m. Anything newborn except the gerbers that seem to stretch but everything that's 3m is too long. DD has a little belly.

the gerber onesies and tops are too small. They seem too narrow. I like the disney onesies, they fit pretty well. Carters 0-3 are good as well. I have no idea what else I have because they were a lot of hand me downs from SIL

DS born 10lb 2oz

Carter's: 0-3 mo is perfect.
Gerber: wears 6-9 mo

Everything else has just been a random brand and been close. He is so long @22", but just started getting some "moobs" so I think we will soon go up a size.

DS is almost 3 weeks (18 days).

Carter's runs pretty true-to-size. I love that they always include their weight and height ranges on the tag.

Circo, Children's Place and Old Navy/Gap run small. Gerber is just ridiculously small.
