Today I'm headed to my parents' to hang out for the day. I think I'll make it a weekly Saturday thing since DH works and its nice to get out of the house.

We were up every 2 hours again but dd slept in her crib in her room for the first 2 hours and then mostly in her pnp in our room. Everyone told me once she was in our bed she wouldn't leave willingly but it's going pretty well. SO slept with me and we spooned while she was in her crib. Soon he will join me in our bed got good. I'm really missing the intimacy
LO and I are going to a pp class to teach how to get back in shape ab and pelvic floor wise.
Last concert: heaven and hell in the beginning of the summer. Not really my cup of tea but we went with friends. I was tired and hungry all night and the only sober one

This weekend we're going to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible! I live in Austin, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Mid-70s with a slight breeze. Doesn't happen often (or for long!)
My last concert was The Lumineers in April. They were amazing.

It's funny - DH is gone for her bedtime routine 2 nights a week (club sports practice), so it's just me & LO. On those nights, she goes down easily right after I do her bedtime routine (which starts with whatever feeding occurs between 7 & 8:30 pm), but recently, on the nights DH is home, she has been refusing to go down until after her next feeding (sometime between 9:30 & 11:30 pm) even if I'm the one putting her down. I have no idea why or what's different except maybe DH's presence stimulates her and keeps her awake?
QOTD: I can't even remember but probably DMB sometime in the early 2000s. We aren't big into concerts (though we desperately wanted to get tix to the JT/Jay Z concert last month, but it was 2 days after my EDD, so we didn't think it was a good idea; turns out I was still pg since LO was 6 days late).
My last concert... Geeze... I think it was Jimmy Eat World when they were back in town like 5 years ago! I used to go to sooo many in college! Oh, to have that kind if disposable income again! :-)

Plans for the day? None. Maybe go walking at the beach. The weather is beautiful here.

I'm pretty sure the last concert I went to was John mellencamp in like 05 or something lol.
Last concert: 311 last summer with dh. For his birthday I got him meet and greet tickets. They were front row, and he met his favorite band ever.
Off topic: even though dh is awesome most of the time, today I want to smack him. He's currently driving like an asshole so we can visit his grandfather with Tyler. Tyler is asleep and will need to eat when he wakes up. I swear, if he tries to pass him off to his grandfather to hold when he wakes up, I'm gonna flip my lid. He did that last time his cousin was over, so naturally, I had trouble getting my hangry baby to latch properly. I warned him already, so we'll see. Also, dude can't put a diaper on correctly. Is it that hard to make sure little man's penis is somewhat near the line that turns blue?! The last 3 diapers I had no idea he peed since there was no line, but Tyler was screaming his head off.
Ok, sorry guys, rant over. Time to deal with IL's.
Today DH is sending me shopping. He's been back to work for 2 weeks and hasn't been home before 8pm since he's been back. His company rewarded him for all his extra hours with a nice bonus, so I guess my reward for doing so much win LO is a shopping day. I actually can't wait!
QOTD: last concert was Jimmy Buffett in P'Cola FL back in feb. he's my favorite and it was one of my Christmas gifts from DH. Also he proposed to me that night. :-)

DS has a soccer game at 12 today. Other then that, no plans. MH is working all weekend.

Well my Mil just texted me if we want to come over, but I haven't been home for almost 2 weeks now I've been with my mom, and today was the day we were suppose to go home, and my husband said it sound like a good idea to go over, soo we shall see what happens
Oh and his parents are stopping over and the house is a mess...told him I will not be cleaning while you're home! He's getting on my nerves if you can't tell!
Last concert...Michael Buble last Tuesday! Grandma baby sat...it was amazing! I was about 10 feet from him at one point...as DH said, for about 10 minutes, I was married to Michael Buble in that moment!
Today is bath day. Dd is a greasy little monkey. I'm still afraid to bathe her alone so I'm waiting for DH to get home from work.
My last concert was the Mars Volta in 2005...guess I need to get out more. They were awesome live.
He has been giving us some nice longer stretchs latley. Halajulah!
Today we are going to a Company BBQ at the park for my DH. Our son will get to meet all sorts of people today, time to show him off!

Last night, I had a revelation followed by being mildly embarrassed by how long it took me to think of it. DD was screaming and fighting sleep (as usual) and it finally occurred to me to put on the Moby. She stopped screaming instantly and was asleep in less than 5 minutes. I have no idea why I didn't think of that 2 weeks ago when she started the love-hate relationship with sleep. Other than that, it was a completely average night, with sleep stretches of 2.5-4 hours.
I've been cleaning today while DD has been swinging contentedly/napping (for over 3 hours now!) in her swing that she usually hates. Apparently she's soothed by music from Disney movies. Yay for iTunes radio! We also started CDing today. Feeling pretty accomplished in this house right now. Lol.
QOTD: The only concert I've ever been to was Coldplay 5 or 6 years ago.
