I am in shock yet elated right now. I am in the midst of completing all of my RE tests, waiting to have my HSG......AF was due any day now, so as I have every other month, I took a pregnancy test expecting it to be negative. It turned positive immediately which made me take 4 more. All positive. I contacted my RE who had me come in to get blood work drawn this am. The RN just called me back and told me my HCG is 156.7, my progesterone is 51.73 and my estriadol level is 111.6. I guess that is a little low so they are putting me on 2mg of Estradiol 2x a day. Has anyone ever heard of this being given early in pregnancy? I am only 4-5 weeks. The insert with the med says it is contraindicated in pregnancy. The pharmacist said he see's many RE's prescribe it so he assumes, despite the warning it must be okay. Still makes me so nervous. I have to go back Saturday am to repeat the bloodwork.
I am scared to death right now and will be anxiously awaiting the results on Saturday....But I have to say that I know that I could not be here without all of the support, advice and things I have learned from all of you. I can't thank each of you enough. I have learned so much from everyone and have found this board to be so very nice and comforting. It is inspiring and I thank everyone.

3rd BFP-5/22/13! By early June, progesterone plummeting. Another loss.
August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

Blood work/RPL panel- nk cell/MTHFR mutation- negative. Blood work all good. Unexplained reason for m/c. IUI #4 BFP m/c (cp) 10/13. IUI #5- 12/13 Cancelled. No response. (1)follicle. IUI #5.1- 2/14. IVF Bound

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

congratulations! I don't understand the need for supplemental Estrogen..I never had mine tested, though, just a beta and P4 level.
