Recommend your maternity support belt

I'm 24 weeks with twins and my MFM recommended that I look into getting a support belt thing. I know nothing about these things and I'm hoping not to spend too much. So, do you guys have any recommendations? And if you used one, did it help with your back?

Re: Recommend your maternity support belt

  • I got mine from the medical supply place. It has a full coverage panel that helps support sides and lower belly as well as a top strap that goes across that helped support that area too. I wear it over a tank top and its very comfortable. Has several ways to adjust and was inexpensive. It was 36$ and that was without insurance covering it I just walked in and picked it up they helped fin the correct size and fitted it for me which was nice because if you get one from like motherhood they have tendancies to slip down, cut in, or be bulky under cloths. Mine is unnoticeable so I recommend looking at your med supply store first :)

  • I paid a little much for mine but I really like it. Its super comfy and came with a pack that you can heat or cool and put in a little pouch in the back.

Mine is the Upsie Belly from Belly Bandit. I ordered it from Amazon.
