Black holes

I'm pretty sure there is a black hole that follows me around and swallows things. Right now it's mainly pacifiers. We own 9 and I still am always searching for one. Or maybe it's a wormhole because they then turn up in the strangest places. Today I found one in the area under my minivan where the sliding door mechanism is. I would post a picture if I could figure out how to do it from my iPhone.

What do your black holes swallow? (Another example for me would be hair rubber bands.)

    eveything. Hair ties mostly. And sippy cups. Socks. And money! Seriously. I lose money (cash) like you wouldnt believe.

    Socks, hair ties and bobby pins are the worst around here. I feel like the kids throw out one sock from each pair just to drive me insane on laundry day. They are literally NOWHERE to be found, and I have done full scale room clear outs. Nada.

    DS1's socks totally go into the black hole too. Not as much as they used to when he was constantly taking them off in the car, but still.

    Well, everything goes missing from time to time, but I truly there's hair brush stealing elves in our house! I CAN. NOT keep track of my 3 brushes! It's so bizarre. I only ever brush my hair in the bathroom, but I sometimes have to chase DD to brush hers... and then, poof! I currently know where one is, but the other 2 have alluded me for months... I just don't understand it!

    I have a suspicion our black hole is the dog. Sophie the Giraffe is the latest victim. I can't find her anywhere.

    I lose keys like whoa. We have made probably 7 copies of my total key set (car, house) in the last 3 years.

    No black holes, but I think someone out there is telling me not to do Jillian Micheal's Ripped In 30. The first copy got lost. DS#2 scraped the second copy across the brick hearth and scratched it all to hell. I got a third copy yesterday, and if anything happens to that one, I'm going to assume a massive injury is in my future and switch exercise DVDs.
