What does everyone have planned for the weekend? Tonight I have the high school football game, unless it rains because I'm a fair weather fan (in the literal sense). Then I have one birthday party on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Well, my 3 parties actually equal 4 gifts because my niece and nephew are having a joint party. All the kids on both sides are September birthdays, so yeah.....I feel ya!

I'm really excited! I feel a little guilty for dumping DS on DH all weekend because literally all the other people we know in town are also gone. Perfect storm. But DH will do great and totally has a tolerance for walking around the park with DS for hours on end (I can last maybe an hour) so it will be good father/son bonding time.

Yes! Your DS will be a happy camper. Dads have a different way of doing things and it's usually more fun than mom's way. haha. Have a blast and try not to think too much about your house being a wreck when you get home.

HE I am turning green with jealousy. I haven't had more than 2 hours by myself in 10 months. As soon as DS2 is off the boob I'm outta here.

tomorrow we are painting my IL's living room and kitchen, DD1 has a soccer game and then we have a birthday party. i must somehow fit in shopping for DD2 and finding cute outfits for the whole family for our family pictures next weekend. my brother is also coming into town and his birthday was yesterday so i am sure we will have dinner at my parents at some point.

DS has a swim lesson tomorrow morning and then on Sunday DH, DS and my brother are going to hang out to watch the Panthers game. We don't get many Panther games televised in New England so DH will have to flip back and forth to see the Patriots

My mom wants me to go to the optometrist with her tomorrow to help her decide if she should get contacts...I owe her a favor, so I'm going.

I would really like to try to make more progress on DD2's room. I painted like 2 months ago, put down a rug, and that's really it. I need to put together and stain her dresser, put together and paint her table and chairs, and put up window treatment and wall decor.

My house is gross (FFFC) so I need to do something about that too.

I lead an exciting life.

The husband has been training for work OOT for months and will be until Christmas, but comes home most weekend. Yesterday was his bday so we will BBQ some ribs he will partake in many a beer and probably a bday blowie.
