Seeing spots postpartum?

I've been noticing like tiny little flashing spots that will come for a split second then go away, I didn't think anything of it until I just remembered being told to call the doctor if this happens during pregnancy, anyone else experiencing this postpartum?

I have a nurse coming to my house in an hour so I'm going to discuss it with her but I'm really getting scared about it now.

    My only concern would be preeclampsia which technically can begin up to 6 weeks post-partum. I'm sure the nurse will take your BP to evaluate.

    I took my BP this morning and it was 135/88 which is "decent" id say, a little high but at least the diastolic number is below 90. I hate that the first postpartum appointment is at 6weeks, scares me that something can go unnoticed for all that time.

    No spots, but definitely feel woozy getting up from laying down or sitting for awhile. I chalk it up to BP changes. Really trying to make sure to stay hydrated and fed well, especially since I'm breastfeeding.
