I posted this news in the check-in but I know not everyone reads that (plus I'm feeling a bit aw-ish!) - we received word Tuesday from our SW that we ate officially HS approved and in the pool of waiting families! 
Now we just get to wait for the right situation to come along.

Moving forward with domestic infant adoption!
Home study approved 5/13, now just waiting...
TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!
