  Congrats!!
  Nursery-finished 1 1/2 months before due date.
  Shower date- we did ours 2 months before the due date
  Register-at end of 2nd trimester/beganning of 3rd tri.
  Order furniture-we received our crib and changing table 2nd hand from close friends in the middle of 2nd tri and I remember being so excited to have furniture in his room. I delayed ordering the pottery barn glider until after he was born and that was a miss since he loved being rocked as an infant and I had no rocking chair! In the future I would have ordered it at end of 2nd tri so it was delivered on time.

  My shower was 3 weeks before due date. I did the registry by the third trimester. Did the nursery during the third trimester.

  Registered around 20 weeks. Baby shower 1 month before due date. We started nursery around 30 -32 weeks and finished it up after my shower when we received the last of the stuff I registered for. Congrats!! The next 33 weeks will fly byyyy

  I agree with PP about doing everything around 6-8 months.  I did order my nursery furniture at 4 months - but it was a huge gift from my inlaws and we had to wait another 6-8 weeks for delivery so it wound up coming in at the right time.  I was able to figure out the room configuration before my shower.

  Register for anything you might want! If you get it and then realize you won't need or use it you can return it (as long as you haven't opened/used it) and then use the store credit for diapers or formula or anything else you might need down the road.

  And definitely DON'T wash all of the newborn or 0-3 month clothing - you may not use it.  Wash like 2-3 outfits in each size so you can have them ready and then once LO has arrived and you know how much they weigh you can figure out if you want to keep what you have left in newborn/0-3 clothing.  Vivi was 8 lbs at birth but 21.25 inches long and she gained weight and length very quickly so we were out of newborn clothes at 2 weeks then in 3-6 month clothing at 6 weeks.  Now at 5.5 months we are in 12 month clothing because she's too long for 9 month stuff.  You will be amazed at how quickly they grow!!

  I had my baby shower at 32 weeks. Turned out to be the best because I was on bed rest last 5 weeks of my pregnancy. Not saying you will be but you never know.

  I think getting almost everything done by 32 weeks is best of course except your shower can be a little later. Nursery stuff is best done in the second tri. I had too much on myplate and we moved I the second tri so the last few things in our nursery were finished 2 weeks after he was born!

  I guess I wouldn't "finish" my registry too soon before the shower because things might sell out, go out of stock, be discountinued, go on clearance and be difficult to find, etc.
