Tall, skinny kids?

Where are y'all finding jeans for skinny LOs with long legs? Graham has a tiny waist, so while the 12 month jeans fit in the waist, they are super short in the legs (think Capri length) but the 18 months are way too big in the waist. Anyone had any luck lately? So far I've just tried old navy and target.

My three year old is and always has been a bean pole. He's super skinny and long. Truly, the only solution is the hidden adjustable elastic. I can't buy pants without them. Carters, Gap, Old Navy, some Target brands have them. Many times I have had to buy the size up for the length and just cinch them as much as possible.

The good news? My son still has a few 18-24mo. shorts that fit him because they started out long and he's so lean in the waist. So you'll get lots of wear from shorts!

Osh Kosh actually sells skinny jeans that would probably work. Charlie really can't wear them well since she's got chunky little legs and a belly, but for the skinny ones they might be great. Right now they're on sale too.

Gap is about all that works for L. She's 12m in the waist but 24m in length. Gap pants are adjustable which is awesome. I try to hunt them done at more uppity resale shops.

I didn't have this problem until we went on vacation and used disposable diapers. Apparently the big CD butt is what's holding E's pants up.

Ahh thank you guys! I should've thought about the adjustable waists, we had some when he was an infant. And I will check out Gap this weekend, I'll actually be near one for once.
