I went last Friday for my first draw and they were 35. Monday they were 126 and my draw from yesterday was 404!!! My first u/s is Tuesday 10/1.

I think I may have ovulated late, so I'm worried the baby will appear to be behind. That's what happened with my miscarriage in June, except I was charting and knew when I ovulated so knew it wasn't right.

At any rate, it will be what it will be. I'm just hoping to see a nice strong heartbeat.

My confession for today: I'm feeling kind of optimistic about this pregnancy and that seems foolish on my part.

I don't think you are being foolish. I know you had a recent loss, but I don't think that means you have to have negative thoughts about this pregnancy. Sending good vibes to you.

Not foolish. I am feeling the same way right now and internally I keep thinking WHY are you so optimistic?? But oh well, I just am! And I am for you too! Your numbers look great. Can't wait to hear the u/s update.

That's exactly how I feel! I don't know why I feel so optimistic, because it's not my personality at all. I'm usually very "expect the worst, hope for the best." I'll just feel foolish if it doesn't work out. Oh well though, I guess it doesn't do me or baby any good to be stressed.

I'm pulling for you too! How far along are you? I'm on mobile so I can't see your ticker if you have one.

@aforst - No, it doesn't do any good to be stressed. It's actually a bit freeing to take the positive side of things for once. I am only at 4w1d, I got my BFP this past Saturday. I don't have a ticker yet - I mean, I'm optimistic but I'm not THAT optimistic just yet. If we have a good first u/s then I'll put one up.
