Changing DD's diaper and the last of the cord has detached. My baby is growing up so fast! ::boohoo::

So when did your LO's cord fall off, if it has? DD is a week and 2 days today.

DD's finally came off today...finally. I've been waiting for it to come off--She's 3.5 weeks old. She couldn't care less about it, but I was pretty happy

His pediatrician pulled it off when he was 9 days old. It was drying and kept getting caught on clothes and diapers. Seeing her rip it right off made me have to sit!! I don't know how I'll handle shots etc.

This makes me sound like an awful mommy

and I still feel really bad about it. It was really hot so Aria was just in a diaper and I had her on my shoulder burping her and her cord got stuck on my shirt and ripped off

that was when she was 5 days old. She's 9 days old now and the rest of it wiped off with an alcohol swab today.

DS is 3 weeks old and its still there. I can't wait for it to come off so we can do a real bath!

Aww you're not an awful mommy. Hers got caught on an outfit when I was dressing her but it didn't fall off. It was red for the next day though

Ugh - 10 days old and I wish hers would come off. It's starting to look pretty looser and different so I'm hoping it happens soon... I want to give her a real bath!

I changed Lux late last night and screamed when I saw it in her PJs. I thought it was a giant bug. 12 days old. I cant wait to take a bath with her!! Hopefully she loves the water as much as her dad and I.

Ouch did that bother him at all? I would of had to sit too lol

Lol at the giant bug. I found DD's in her pjs when I went to change her and it took me a second to realize what it was as well, especially in the dark.
