To those who were hoping early sex guesses were wrong...

We just got back from our elective u/s, and the tech thinks we are having a boy.  Our perinatologist told us he was almost certain it was a girl at our NT scan, as he did with DD, but he might have been wrong this time around.  I'm still a little weary since the machine today wasn't as good as the one our doctor used a few weeks ago and since it's still so early.  It'll be awesome when we get told girl at our A/S next month.  :)  Either way, seeing baby was fun!

    That looks like a boy to me! The tech at my NT scan wouldn't even give us a guess because it was too early.

    Looks like a boy, I heard that if it's a girl they won't guarantee but there is not doubting a little boy part !

    1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
    2nd FET 6/14/2013     - BPF!!! -
    1st Beta:     1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
    First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats <3
    Second u/s     7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
    Third u/s     9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
    Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
    MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
    Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
    MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
    MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

    We were told we are probably having a girl at our NT too. My H thinks the "80% sure" is good enough, but I'm not convinced. My elective u/s is this Saturday. I might have to change my siggy button too. :P

    My H said the same thing, but now he's happy we went today.  Hope you guys have fun on Saturday.  :)

    Yep, that looks similar to what we saw today.  I must have looked at it right before you deleted it.

    I have my NT Scan tomorrow and I'm going to beg the tech to at least look at that area and make a guess!

    We never ask... He just volunteers it.  Hopefully yours will do the same.  Obviously they're not always correct though.  :)

    My OB said he could tell at 13 weeks. (He sealed it in an envelope so we don't know) But I was skeptical. So I scheduled an elective next Wednesday I'll be 16 weeks and they will do a 2 3 and 4d. And the reveal is a few days after this appointment. I just had that motherly/woman instinct to go get a second opinion when I was further along. Cant wait to find out!!!

    At my appt last week, 14w6d, the ultrasound tech was pretty sure it was a boy. I go back on the 27th and plan to ask if baby still has boy parts.  I plan to ask at every appt actually, haha.  A small part of me still hopes it turns out to be a girl, just because we already have a little guy. But if baby is still all boy, I will be fine with it :) 
    Married 11/23/11, TTC starting 10/12, BFP#1 11/30/12, Adoption of stepson finalized 03/19/13,Loss of our daughter at 20w4d due to incompetent cervix 03/27/13, BFP#2 06/28/13, DS2 born 3/1/14.

    Awww man! I wouldn't know whom to trust -- the NT equipment was better, but it was earlier! I do not take suspense well, so I'd be about to lose my mind ;)

    That's pretty much how I'm feeling right now.  It's going to be a long 3 weeks.
