  Woah - that is weird. I have placed two seperate orders with them this month and I was actually surprised at how quickly they shipped. I would give them a call.

  This happened to me once with a Gap order for jeans, and I called after like 10 days and they told me I had to wait until the 12 day maximum delivery window had run out before they would talk to me...so I called back after 12 days and was told the jeans were no longer in stock.  ANNOYING.

  I did get a stackable 30% coupon out of their eff-up, however

  I ordered on the 8th and it only shipped yesterday.

  natural m/c March 11, 2011 at 8 1/2 weeks

  Ectopic pregnancy discovered November 6, 2012 at 6 weeks
  

  Daughter #3 - January 19, 2014

  I had the SAME thing happen! Ordered on the 10th, still in process. They only JUST charged my credit card yesterday so I was going to give them until Monday for the order status to change before I call. Maybe they got inundated with orders from the BMBs:)
