Nipple tingles

Anyone else finding their nipples tingling and within minutes baby is hungry? Man is this instinct thing for reals!

    I told my fiance mine do this and all he said "they tingle" and have me a weird look. But yes this instinct thing is pretty cool

    We finally got the okay today to let LO sleep as much as she wants to at night but I'm afraid this will wake me up!  I can't seem to go more than 3 hours without being in some serious discomfort.
