Taking care of a baby while sick is the worst

Stomach flu + taking care of an infant = worst thing ever

I feel like a bad mom because I keep getting upset with her when she isn't doing anything out of the ordinary. I just want her to sleep so I can too!

    It is!! You just feel achy and want to sleep! Do you have DC to send them to anyway (even though you are home sick) or a relative if you are a SAHM?

    Nope just me. Husband is out on client calls for the day (mostly works from home) but he couldn't do both anyway. Good idea with the daycare when sick ill have to ask about that when she starts in a few weeks (only goes in when I have blocked trainings).

    That sounds awful! Hope you feel better soon. Too bad school is in session, otherwise this would be a great time to hire the occasional "Mommy's Helper." Don't happen to live in a college town by chance, eh? A college kid will do anything for money- bonus points that the puking probably won't phase them at all!
