Can I do this?

I'm in the car with my boss headed to KY which is a 5 hour drive. There is about a -2% chance I'll be able to stay awake this whole time.

Is it cool to sleep in the car with my boss?

LMK.

All valid concerns. I'm also worried about farting.

  • I can't have caffeine. It makes me feel crazy and anxious. :(

I'm always tired in the car. I'm just going to have to try and stay awake. I have a book but that's like taking a sleeping pill for me.

  • DH thinks that as the passenger, it's kind of your "job" to keep the driver entertained with pleasant banter. He's kind of strict about things though.
  • I don't think we can sustain 5 hrs of pleasant banter.

    lol what?

Yeah, he doesn't like it when I sleep as the passenger because I'm supposed to stay awake and talk to him. Luckily he let me get away with it when I'm pregnant, and he does now since I'm so tired from taking care of the baby. :) Or sometimes if I'm wearing sunglasses he doesn't notice.
