Baby food in jars

I'm not on here that much so I don't know if this had been asked. How long is baby food in the jar good for after opening? Do the fruits last longer than the meat and veggies? FTM here.

    I'm not sure about jars; we use the little plastic containers. But it's 2-3 days in the fridge after opening. And do not dip the spoon in the jar to feed - pour it out into a bowl bit by bit. Once the spoon is "double dipped", it contaminates the food and it cannot be refrigerated for later.

    Decided to be "One and Done"

    ....OR NOT.
    Pregnant 12/2018 despite birth control pills
    Here we go again...
    Due 8/26/19!

    We feed Beech Nut baby food from jars (& I'm sure others are the same) but it says on each one how long it lasts. Not positive, but fruits are usually three days and veggies are two. I've only glanced.
