Severe Back Pain

Ok, quick background. I had my son at 34 weeks via an emergency c-section due to HELLP Syndrome. I'm currently 37w1d...so obviously being this far is all new to me! The first time around (10 months ago) I never had the chance to experience labor symptoms at all. For about 24 hours now I've been having severe back pain (actually its my hole back up through my shoulders). It's constant, so there's no "timing" like you'd do with contractions. The pain also wraps around to my front around my lower ribs. I figured it was just back labor starting up due to her position, but now I'm starting to worry that it's HELLP Syndrome again, because I'm getting a headache. We just moved a week ago, so everything is still in shambles, but hubby is looking for the blood pressure cuff so we can see if its high. Also, back pain around ribs gets worse when I cough, sneeze, or blow my nose (I also have a bad sinus cold). Thoughts?
