I know I've posted about this before, but I finally got in for bloodwork and got my results back today. My vitamin D level was 42, and the nurse said that's normal.
I read in my scholarly google research that vitamin D level should be at least 50 in a normal/healthy adult. Does anyone here know what the ideal vitamin D level is for TTC?
The nurse told me I could discontinue vitamin D supplementation, but I'm thinking I'll continue it...and go outside a lot. Lol
Re: Ideal Vit D Level for TTC
Here is some info from my test results last year (sorry formatting is wonky). I was at 21 and says standard is 30-100 (see designations below), so they recommended a supplemented. I haven't been re-tested but I'm still supplementing. Of course, I'm also still not pregnant!

I've been taking a 5000 supplement and I'll plan to continue it until I go for follow-up bloodwork in November. The nurse said I could stop if I wanted to but didn't say there was anything wrong with continuing to supplement.
