Update on my sister

For those of you who remember I posted awhile that when my sister notified her child`s father that she would be moving in with her boyfriend, BD refused to return my niece for days. Well they went to court yesterday and he lost his midweek visit. The judge did offer him a later drop off time on sunday but he did not want to keep my niece past two so that is the drop off time, funny coming from someone who claimed he wanted more time. The judge had no problem with my sister moving. BD said he would only drop my niece at my sister`s old address (my dad and SM`s home), the judge told him no. BD yelled and called the judge corrupt. Today the had CS court and his support went up slightly and he threw another tantrum there as well.

    Wow.  He seriously told the Judge he would only drop off at the old address, knowing damn well that your sister wouldn't be living there anymore?  Is she moving far from the BD where he's throwing a fit about the mileage or something?

    I'm glad this matter is settled.  Hopefully your sister will have some peace now, knowing that BD can't pull this crap again.

    Yes he did. She is moving 10-15 minutes away. I am relieved for her too but obviously BD is not so bright so hopefully he does not do anything stupid.

    What an idiot. What did he think he would be proving by dropping off your niece at the old address? That he disagrees with her moving? That makes no sense. I'm glad that he threw a tantrum in court because it makes it easier for your sister and the judge. I'm happy that things worked out for her and your poor niece.

    What an idiot! I'm glad things were resolved for your sister, and glad that the judge got to see BD's true colors. Why can't everyone be like that in court? That way judges wouldn't have to deal with all the BS and the best interest of the child(ren) would truly be served.

    This. Let the judge see your true self, easy ruling. It sucks that your sis has to deal with suck a jackass but at least he's an open jackass.
