Ha! I feel the same way too. 3 weeks back and I do enjoy being able to eat breakfast and lunch daily without any interruptions. Also once I got some pants to fit my pp body I forgot how good it felt to be in pants with make up on a daily basis. Lol
Maybe there's something wrong with me, but I didn't care for this article. First of all, luck her to have 24 weeks of maternity leave. If only! Second, I shower every day. I don't wear pajamas all day. Sure, I wear yoga capris a lot, but I did that pre-baby, so that doesn't count as sitting around in dirty pajamas. I don't censor the radio for my kids. I still have to come home and fold clothes, do the dishes, sweep the floors, etc. I never got the whole "pot of spending money" perspective. I don't ask permission to buy things that I need/want. I also don't feel like being a working mom puts my marriage on the back burner.
Re: A good read for working moms
I'm cranky today, apparently.
