Hey ladies, I am 34 weeks and two days along. I feel like I have run a great marathon since my Dr. did not even think I would make it this far after starting preterm labor at 28 weeks. Currently I am 3cm dilated, but only 25% effaced, as well as I have a small placental abruption at the top of my uterus that is causing a lot of contractions. Anyway, I have found that since my last discharge from the hospital sleeping at night has become very difficult. I often wake up at 3:30am and stay up till after I take my oldest son to school and spend the day exhausted with my 3year old in tow. Do any of you have suggestions on how to get better sleep while being so completely uncomfortable? Thank you in advance for your advice.
