  Recommendations and great word of mouth are the best gifts you can give. She's already getting paid 2.5-3% of the purchase price, and many times the realtor will buy the purchasers a gift, so it's really not necessary for you to get her something.

  I've received a gift from the realtor both times I've bought a house, so it would be really strange to turn around and give them one. They get their percentage.
