  I nibble throughout the day so when I get to my lunch break, I can nap. Even a quick 45 minutes helps.

  @anabanana99 so lucky you can nap- I don't have a real lunch break I eat at my desk working

  I have a really hard time with my energy in the afternoon...wish I could take a nap!

  I've fallen asleep twice in meetings so far. We don't have anywhere to nap in my office and I'm too far from home to sneak out for a nap at lunchtime. Boo.

  Can you nap in you car on break? I've done this a couple times with some smushed up sweatshirts under my head.
