I also do a pork tenderloin Chile Verde but I out it in the crock pot.
Its one pork tenderloin cubed One onion diced One large can of green enchilada sauce A tablespoon of cumin Garlic salt to taste. And that's it.
Sometimes I add potatoes or bellpepper or corn just depends on the day.

It wasn't bad. I added carrots to it. It didn't taste ranchy enough to me. I think next time I would only use 1 can of the cream of chicken soup.
