  Just made some last night from a recipe on allrecipes. They were grilled with pineapple and brown sugar and soy sauce. They were good!

  I just rub mine with ranch and grill.  If you don't have that, salt, pepper, sage and a teeeeeny bit of chili powder is good too.

  I also do a pork tenderloin Chile Verde but I out it in the crock pot.
  
  Its one pork tenderloin cubed
  One onion diced
  One large can of green enchilada sauce
  A tablespoon of cumin
  Garlic salt to taste.
  And that's it.
  
  Sometimes I add potatoes or bellpepper or corn just depends on the day.
