Help using the bump

I'm on mobile and when i hit the back button after looking at a post it always goes to the top of the page. Is there any way to fix this? Kind of annoying when you get to the bottom of the page and have to keep scrolling down each time. Also is there a way to get rid of the first few posts about announcements? Thanks for your help!

    No way to get rid of the sticky announcement posts I made for this board - they will remain at the top until I take them down. I didn't intend to leave them up this long but people are still struggling with the new format, tagging, and using the mobile site so, I'm going to leave them up a bit longer. :)
