  PUPPPs is a rash that usually starts on your belly but can spread to your neck and limbs. It's supposedly benign but it's itchy enough to drive you just BATTY. 

  I have the rash on the left side of my belly with a few spots near my left elbow.  I still don't know for sure if it's PUPPPs.  When I brought it up with my doctor, she just told me to keep doing what I'm doing and that it happens.  She said if I feel itchy all over with no obvious reason - or specially if my hands and feet get itchy - to let them know ASAP.  There are other causes of severe itching that can be related to serious liver issues, so it's good to know what to look for!
