Caught the stomach bug...NT scan at noon today

I finally caught the bug my DD had Saturday night. Got sick almost two hours ago. So far just that and now some nausea. Hers only lasted 3 hrs so I don't expect anything long and drawn out. Hoping that I feel somewhat better by the time my daughter wakes up - usually around 6:30 - so I can drop her at daycare. I still have weird nausea due to empty stomach from 1st tri so I think the nausea feels worse for that reason. But I'm still scared to put anything in my stomach. I need some advice, however...my NT scan is at noon. Should I cancel even if I'm feeling ok to keep my germs to myself or should I go in? I'm already over 13 weeks so I don't really have any time to push it out. At the same time I hate to be "that guy" who spreads germs. I'm planning on calling in sick to work at least for the morning (but probably for the day) so I can come home and rest.

Wouldn't you be mad if you found out another woman came into your OBs office with a stomach bug...and you caught it while pregnant.

if you respect your co-workers enough to stay home, please respect the other patients and Drs/nurses at your OBs office, nobody likes getting the pukes .

Call and explain the situation, I'm sure they will fit you in within the next day or 2 as this test has a limited time frame.

That's what I'm going to do. When I wrote this originally I felt like it was going to be really short lived and questioned whether it was even a bug. Now I know and I'm not going anywhere. :-P
