We are moving into a bigger house in 2 weeks. Currently we only have one bathroom, but our new house has 3 1/2, on 3 floors.
So for cleaning supplies, do you keep them all in one place and take them from bathroom to bathroom, keep some on each floor, or each bathroom gets its own supplies? I know this sounds like a silly question, but i'm a bit overwhelmed by the size of our new house.
Re: bigger house-cleaning question
I might leave clorox wipes in each bathroom, but the major cleaning stuff in one place on each floor. I don't know.
The new house is more than twice the size of our current house. I don't know how i'm going to keep it clean.
Our house is more than 2x bigger than our last place and cleaning is so hard to keep up with! We also have 3 1/2 baths on 3 floors: 2 full baths on the top floor, a half bath on the middle floor, and a full bath in the finished basement. I have 2 full sets of cleaning supplies: 1 for the top floor and 1 for the middle floor. We don't use the basement bath often, so I don't clean it as often as the other bathrooms. When I need to clean it, I bring the caddy from the middle floor down.
I think it definitely helps to have cleaning supplies readily available. I used to have only one set and it was a pain to haul it up and down so much. I've even been debating getting a 3rd set to keep in DS' bathroom, but haven't committed to it yet.
I think i'm stressing about this so much to keep myself from thinking of everything i still need to pack.
Good luck packing and unpacking! It'll be a pain :-( But it will be worth it!
