Game Ideas?

DH and I volunteer for a Christian kid's club organization. We're the directors in our city for the middle schoolers (6th-8th grade). I'm in charge of the games tonight and I'm having trouble coming up with something new... The kids never get bored with our usual games, but I'd still like to mix it up a bit.  

Sooo, if you have ever worked with kids OR were a kid (particularly if you went to a youth group), what were some of your favorite youth games? As it stands right now, I've got 4 on a Couch and Partner Tag on the list. We have a big gym to play in, and the youth room with couches, etc, but no access to the rest of the church, so games like sardines won't work well. We'll have about an hour of games time. 

Ideas? Thaaaaaaank yoooooooooooou!

    We played Wink'em Blink'em when I was in kids club. We were younger, probably like 1st -6th grade, but it was fun. Have a circle of chairs and half the kids sit in the chairs. Then the other half each stand behind one person in the chairs. One person standing doesn't not have a person in their chair, so they have to wink to someone in a chair. If there person winked at sees it, they are supposed to get over to the chair. However, if the winked at person's standing behind them sees the winkage, then they put their hands on their shoulders before the person gets out of the chair. Then it keeps going with the winking and "stealing" places until you decide the game is done.

    Umm...trying to think of games we did in youth group. One "game" we did in youth group was everyone was in a circle. Then we passed a scissors and said something like, "I pass the scissors crossed." But you don't tell people what it means to pass it crossed, they have to figure it out. Cross=legs crossed. You can do all kinds of weird stuff to throw them off like twist your arms all weird, etc, but eventually everyone figured it out.

    Broom soccer. Set up goals, use brooms to push ball into the goal.
