hey everyone

I haven't been around much lately - things have been crazy around here. In a nutshell, we are looking for a new babysitter plus we need to hire someone else to help with the animals so we're doing interviews this week. Ava and I leave for Canada 2 weeks from today. Still so much to do! 

I have a ton of catching up to do on here but I just want to say @traceyt07 - girl I just want to give you a hug right now. I am so sorry and saddened by your news. Thinking about you. 

I missed you all!

    We still have her but she has another job so she's not always available. Preferably we'd like someone to come to us but we're ok taking her to someone if needed. Do you know of anyone?

    We should get the girls together again soon!

    Yes she is doing great! Thanks for asking :) she just started driving again about a week ago. I'm excited cause this trip we'll be able to get out and do stuff with her as she won't be confined to a bed.

    I know of a few people, but they are in the Antioch area and have kids come to them. Let me know if you want me to look into it for you!

    And yes, definitely - I posted last week that I am thinking of going to Brookfield on the 27th. Joi and Nikki said they would be interested, too. You guys should come!
    The zoo sounds great!! I will try to make it that day :)  I will get back to you about the childcare thing, we are going to talk to my inlaws to see if their housekeeper might be interested in occasionally babysitting. She used to look after Steve when he was little and Ava knows her already from when she used to be over at my inlaws a lot. But if that doesn't work out then I will let you know and that would be great if you could look into it for me :) thanks!!

    I have been wondering where you were! Hoping you find a new sitter soon as well as someone to help with the animals....you guys are amazing with taking care of the animals and a toddler! Very happy to hear your mom is doing much better too enjoy your trip and I am looking forward to seeing it on Instagram ;)
