2 sick kids=one tired Momma!

The last several nights have been rough...DS has had a fever the past 5 nights in a row. He acts 100% fine during the day, but then the fever comes back in the middle of the night. He also started with a cold/cough, and yesterday DD woke up with a nasty nasty cold/cough. Sounds like croup. She was miserable most of yesterday and was up all night. It felt like she called for me every 3 minutes. The little stretch of sleep she did have is when DS was up. We will be making a trip to the Dr today and I'm thinking I deserve to grab a PSL on the way!

    Ugh...the changing weather will do it! Definitely get a PSL to get you through. Hope they make a quick recovery!

    I'm sorry! My youngest had chronic croup for two years before he outgrew it - it's so rough. Hope all three of you get a nap today

    Thanks, everyone! DD has croup and DS may be starting an ear infection, but the plan is to try to kick it with mucinex/motrin/nasal spray before filling any prescriptions, so we'll see!

    @KateVA-that's awful! This is the first time for either my kids and it sounds so so awful! I cringe every time I hear her cough. I can only imagine how uncomfortable she is feeling! Hurts just to hear it.
