Cleaning Person Recommendations/Costs

Hi All! 

I know this isn't directly baby related, but I'm hoping that someone can help out.  I've had a cleaning woman for a number of year.  She does a good job but not great.  She's reliable and I trust her in my home but she's recently raised her rates quite a bit, so I am looking into other options.  

1) Do anyone have any specific recommendations? We have a 2br and look for cleaning assistance approximately once a month.  This may increase when our baby arrives in December. 
2) What rate do you pay for a cleaning person/service in Manhattan?
