change in week old's schedule

My baby girl is one week old and I'm EBB. I thought that she was starting to get a schedule down but now she isn't nursing differently again. It was sporadic for a couple days, then it moved to every 3-4 hours and 15 minutes on each side, then two days ago she started cluster feeding during the day and only waking up twice at night to nurse. Now today she is only nursing 5 minutes on each side and I keep waking her up (every 3 hours) to nurse her.
Should I be worried or is this normal?

    I'm a FTM and My LO is 2 weeks 2 days old and we went through this sporadic nursing schedule.. I think it's completely normal. There was a point when he was only eating for 5 minutes on one side during the night and I was so worried I called the LC and she said not to worry!

    I think the key word is "schedule." At you LO's age, you'll drive yourself crazy trying to come up with or figure out a schedule. My DS will be 6 months next week and his schedule (or lack thereof!) is constantly changing. Just watch the baby, follow his or her cues and don't over think it. As long as she's gaining weight and having the appropriate number of wet diapers, you're doing OK.
