Back Spasms?

I am 3w PP, and today, I started having back spasms...I ended up taking an Aleve, and that has since calmed them down, but the ones I did have scared the living crap out of me...

Anyone else have this issue?

    I had back spasms when I had my first cs and I'm so not looking forward to them in a few weeks after my 2nd cs. I think mine happened when I was able to start standing up straight again and not be hunched over. Luckily I'm pretty sure they only lasted a day or 2. Taking a pain reliever and a warm shower helped me along with a nice firm back rub to help the muscles relax.
