Question about the "order" they cut teeth

DS has had his two bottom teeth since July. Since then we've hit the wall lol. No signs of any new ones anywhere. Is there a typical order they cut teeth? Like should I be on the look out for the two front ones next, or do they just cut them all differently and randomly?  Just curious.
